every month there is a flea market at tanglin mall, you can call them and ask the website is below. cheers

Fill up a prescribed form located on level 2 of China Square (near Chinatown Point). Go there on Sunday, the organiser is a man in his 50s. Can approach him. The forms are just outside his shop on level 2, just directly opposite escalator.

They all work differently. Some you have to get your car/truck in line the night before ... others a little later. Try to find a website for the one you want to sell at. You can just go to one and ask.
