Easy ...drop him and pick up another center. Offer him in a trade, see if someone will bite and pull the trigger. He is hurt, not in a hurry to come back and most important is he isnt a good fantasy option now even when he is healthy, he saves himself for the playoffs. Dont get me wrong, Shaq is a great player but fantasy results and star power often dont go hand in hand. Shaq is brutal in a couple of categories and will cost you as many points in those categories as he will earn you in others.

There's a simple answer, drop him. First of all we don't know how long he's going to be injured, he's an old guy, and its important your fantasy players arent missing games. Second, he's not going to be putting up even the numbers he was putting up last year when he gets back. There are plenty of decent centers you could pick up, or you could even try to trade him to a teammate who will only recognize the big name. Get rid of him though, especially if you're playing with FT% and TO.

bench him until he is healthy, and pick the best center you can get.
