I have booked 8 days in spain and 8 days in eastern europe with a few days between in nederlands and germany. Do you think 8 days is too long for the spain portion? Should I skip it and go right to eastern europe? I am the type that likes to move around to new places a lot. I have already booked my airfare, but will cancel if it means enjoying my trip more.

Tell me what you think.

I am leaving december 15th - jan 5th

I mean that, I am afraid there is not enough new things for me to see in one country for 8 days

I meant that I would use the time from spain and instead plan a new route (with double the time) throughout eastern europe

Hi there! I've been living in eastern Europe since I was born but have been to Spain several times up to now. So I can tell you my opinion. Eastern Europe is really very exciting despite the cold winters or even winters make eastern countries more wonderful with their snowy peaks aso. Spain is a huge country in Europe full of exciting stuff, nice people and lovely traditions. Don't miss Spain, don't miss eastern European countries, don't miss anything. Enjoy your travel !

I agree but then I'm crazy about Eastern Europe. Spain doesn't need 8 days. Spend longer in Eastern Europe. It's beautiful, beautiful, beautiful.

Eastern Europe gets very cold during the winter. Spain is warmer. There is plenty to see anywhere you go in Europe. You shouldn't be bored.
