I heard of the "Kitty" Genovese story and how a black man murdered her by stabbing her over and over again. All the while her neighbors heard and saw what was happening yet did nothing. Said to be 38 witnessess and no one called the police until she was dead. The man who killed her followed her from her car, chased her and stabbed her multiple times, left to move his car, came back and stabbed her multiple times again, then left again, yet came back to rape her and slit her throat.

it is called the fight or flight reflex, it has paralyzing effect, and this isn't Texas, we don't know how to help with out exposing our foid cards is not good way to hook up with big brother, if someone shoot him they would stand a good chance of being sued by the weird guys wife or loosing his weapon to the cops and have to do rehab, the world isn't what it was meant to be and it show how bad laws and courts systems are when good people have to let things be in order to not get the tables turned on them, if the guys wacko he could have wacko friends to take you out later for whacking him,
