Hey Mike,
Don't buy those $130 shoes... I've been looking all over the internet the past few days trying to find a good program. I think most of us know that you basically have to jump alot to train your muscles... but I really think the only way to go about it is with a structured program. The only decent looking one I've found so far is this one http://link516.theverti1.hop.clickbank.net
I say this because if you read the site it has pretty impressive credentials, AND its cheap, AND it has a guarantee that if you don't gain at least 6 inches then the guy WILL GIVE YOU $100! Its like can't lose... thats like $70 profit if you buy this program and u gain like 5" (which is still not too shabby).
I'm going to be trying it out.

If u want to jump higher and i expected u that u go to the pool just jump up and down for long time. Make sure that u have to continue to do it then u will jump higher. Like Micheal Jordan, he did that so that's why he jumped on the free throw line to win a NBA All Star Slam Dunk contest.

Don't forget to stretch your calves, though. If you over-work them, then they will become too tight and cause shin splits, which, trust me, are very painful and irritating. I suffered from shin splits the entire track season, which made it difficult to walk, let alone run. Just a precaution.

Make your calves stronger....do jump rope, sprints, calf raisers, bleachers, and other calf-toning exercises.
