I help, never laugh. I have stumbled and fallen on uneven pavement and I have always had people come and help me up. Nobody, nobody has ever laughed at my plight!
Anybody who laughs at another's misfortune is just plain cruel.

I laugh then I help or Help as I'm laughing. It depends on the situation too. I fell when I was bowling one time (ok several) but my fiancee helped me up while he was laughing. His laughing made me laugh and thus all was ok. But if I seen somebody fall I'd most definatly help them up no matter the circumstance.

I am usually holding back a laugh when I am helping the person up but when I see they are fine I walk away pretty much laughing out loud. I can't help it.

I do laugh first, ask if they are all right, then help. I don't why I think it's so funny when someone falls, but it's hilarious.

I never laugh when someone falls down. FYI, I had my best friend`s husband to laugh at me when I fell, and I had a miscarriage later. Not a good idea to do that.

Ever because i change right into a baby, i change into continuously the first to commence giggling. mom might want to continuously warn that in some unspecified time sooner or later i might want to snicker on the incorrect human being....hasn't occurred. :) yet i have not in any respect considered anybody cave in an total flight O' stairs! lol...properly, except that baker guy w/ each and every of the truffles & pies on Sesame highway! That s*it remains humorous a majority of those years later!
