ok...i use to do graphics and globes many moons ago even web pages..but i stopped and i forgot, but tried again i figure it out somewhat. To add glitter or sparkles, when you open psp, get the pic you want, click on paint brush the tool options will open find the one that looks like a star and minimize it at the number you want...click with the brush at the pic, and give it a name, open the same pic...add the more stars, but this time in different places, and you can do this with 3 or 4 pics...make sure you give them different names when you save them...now that you have all your glitter in different places we are going to open on the top File, go down, Jacs Soft ware, click it and that window that opens click it..is the animation...now go and click on the top File, and then animation wizard, from there it will guide you it will ask you to put the pics you just did...the ones with the glitter, in the order you want...follow the instructions and you will see the pic take animation...good luck
Enjoy :)

You can also use the Noise (Add Noise) feature. Take what you want to sparkle, duplicate the layer at least 2 times. Then put different amounts of noise on each layer. When you animate it, it will sparkle.

Here's a nice tutorial using noise to make sparkles on a winter-themed tag: http://www.jumbo-psp.com/Tutorials/Lesjes/X-mas/Pinquin-Tag/English/Pinguin-Tag-uk.htm

The plugin/filter DSB Flux can also do the same thing. That is what I usually use.

Great Paint Shop Pro site that is taking members right now (free site): http://www.paintshopstop.com/ They have tutorials and challenges and a lot of nice shares there.

You have to use Animation Shop, which comes with most versions of Paint Shop Pro. PSP will not let you animate by itself.

sounds like MySpace might want to be better your ingredient, that type of stuff doesn't truly exist on fb. an poor lot of human beings are on fb to get remote from that stuff on MySpace so that they are in no rush to operate it.
