Apple Macbook trouble?

Has any one had a problem with the power flasing on and then out It tries to come on then passes out hit the power button again and the same thing?

You may have a battery problem. Hopefully it's under warranty
The battery has a thermal protection cricuit that shuts the battery down when it get too hot. (to keep it from going up in flames!)

Take it to an Apple store, and see if they have any suggetstions/fixes. If it's a battery problem they will most likely replace it, even if it's out of warranty.

You can go to the apple website click on the service tab, and then on the macBook tab.

There may be something on a battery recall. (If yours is part of a recall, you can request a new battery, which the will send you along with a prepaid envelope in which you return the present one)

Otherwise, call the 800 number on your warranty card.
