I have the AC Adaptor and the red/white/yellow cord, but no matter what I try, the system is not connecting to my tv. I know it isn't my tv bc my regular Nintendo works and the tv is new. There is a place on the back of the Super Nintendo that says "RF" out, but I don't have a cord for that. I am not sure if I never used that cord before or if I did and it got lost. Can anyone help me please?

the RF cable hooks into the spot on the TV where your cable line goes in.

you can find them online in auction sites like ebay for less than three dollars - http://video-games.search.ebay.com/super-nintendo-RF_Accessories_W0QQcatrefZC12QQfromZR40QQsacatZ49220

the AV cables should work fine - use the ones that your nintendo is using. just remember, use yellow for video, red/white for audio. it doesn't _have_ to be that way, but i think the yellow one has something extra for video - so go with it.

i'll just assume that you have the TV set to AUX[illary] as it should be.

try different AV cables - cables can stop functioning

Where do you live in the stone age?

The red/white/yellow cord works. Just plug them into the matching sockets and switch the tv's input to the corresponding AV section your SNES is connected to (AV1 is probably it). DON'T EVEN THINK ABOUT USING AN RF CABLE - ESPECIALLY IF YOUR TV IS "NEW."

If you really insist on living in the past (like I do sometimes) you can always get an Xbox and mod it. All of your games will be kept safe on the Xbox's hard drive.

If you still have games for your SNES that still work today, then I guess pigs really can fly.
