They managed to do 12 miles (96 laps around a track) in those two hours. The only reason for stopping was needing to get home, otherwise they could have gone on longer. Is that manic? Also, they fight the compulsion to ditch work and school and home life to exercise and are starting to have to fight the compulsion to use work and school as a way to get by with improper diet again. The person has been seen by a counselor and doctor in the past and wishes to see one, but has to choose carefully coz most people don't want to deal with that kind of bullshit and coz there are other things that kinda interfere or make it even more difficult to keep with it. And please don't answer this like I'm referring to myself coz maybe I am, maybe I am not. Maybe it's a hypothetical question asked so I can file the answer away for future use with someone I know.... Anorexia and bulemia are two of the strongest forms of anxeity disorders. They need specialized treatment. The complusion to have total control maifests itself in bodily control and weight control. They find power and anxiety release in denying their bodies nutrition. Most counselors treat them like typical anxiety disorders, but they are not. That's why it is important to seek sepcialized treatment.
Speedwalking is healthy and good, only if it is complimented with the porper nutrition needed to maintain health.

heavily? i like how human beings artwork... i throw up nonstop... because of the fact of rigidity, from eating too little, from eating too plenty, from exhibiting my finger down my throat. who provides a ****! & btw, merely reason a woman does that does no longer mean theyre way too small. i positioned on a length 4. shall we merely bypass **** off, pretend yahoo human beings.

Sounds like you have issues, and that you think too much. Thinking too much is the cause of 90% of all mental problems.
