i have a 60 gb playstation 3 and i want to sell it on ebay. right now it is going for about 900 - 1000. i want more than that. everyone is telling me that 2 weeks before christmas is the best time to put it on ebay because all the rich parents are going to buy it for their kids. and they will pay a lot for it. i want to know if this is true or not. are the prices going to jump? if not, then should i might as well put it on ebay right now?

hmmm... i think it's kinda risky considering that sony has a plan to launch the 2nd wave be4 christmas.
Watch carefully for the news.. my suggestion is for you to sell it right away *maybe in the range of 2000 dollars -that's pretty good*
Because as soon as the 2nd wave hit the market, the price on ebay will drop significantly..
but, if sony decided to do the 2nd wave in march, then waiting till christmas might be a good idea to cash in more price.
