first, come out of depression while you are depressed you can't achieve anything.and the best way of coming out of depression is self talk(analyse) what is the root cause of depression.just searching here and their won't get you any peace or happiness.
we have to face the problem accept it to solve it and come out of it. that's the best way i know to come out of depression. after coming out of depression the world is yours go get it.

you must overcome your depression to achieve things - you need a Dr for edication to overcome it - I take Effexor and believe me it helps- call you Dr

you need to seek the help of a psychiatrist. talk therapy, combined with drug therapy will HELP you to overcome this hideously cruel, draining, horrific illness.
