Well if the test, which is 25% of your grade, is the last thing to be counted (meaning the 82 you currently have in the class is from the remaining 75% of tests/assignments), then you calculate as follows:

0.25 x 60 + 0.75 x 82 = 76.5

If you had an 82 before you took the test, then 75% of your grade is an 82 and the other 25% is a 60...

.75*(82)+.25*(60) = 76.5
