different for every person. what do you think is essential? Why do you care what we think? Our essentials are essential to us, for our purposes. Find what you need and what your level of acceptance is as far as cost, ingredients, natural or chemical, ease and what you need to correct or enhance your look. Ask yourself and give yourself a year to visit makeup lines at department stores, sephora and makeup artists that do makeovers on television. Then, after a year, stop listening to others and choose somet things as favorites that work for you.

I think that eyebrows make the face, well mine anyway; so my must have is the .....eyebrow pencil; however some are blessed with thick brows and lashes, so your must have product may differ it depends on the person. I feel that I have good skin, lips, so the focus when I put on my face is in the eye area.

eyeshadow. & a very good foundation if you've bad skin. Damn laura geller has a thing called 'phenomenal foundation' its crazy-crazy good. Best stuff I've ever used.
also makeup isnt fake, theres a saying 'I wear a mask but its removed when I put on makeup' or something.
makeup can allow us to be who we want to be.
fu** natural. We arent cavemen anymore.
artificial is the new natural.

Foundation and Eyelash Curler. Mascara have a tendency to smudge on me.

makeup that helps excentuate your best features.
If you have a pretty face but have acne then I would say concealer.
Sometimes a good lip plumper is all I need.

I can go pretty basic, but not down to one!!!!! I HAVE to have my tinted moisturizer, a little eyeliner and lipgloss... Prefer to do it all, but can live with these three in a pinch!

Eyeliner, mascara, and cover-up.
If I had to choose just one, it would be eyeliner.
