"Aries + Capricorn

Fire + Earth = Lava

This really is a pretty tough romantic combination, Aries. The forecast is for an uphill battle! Some astrologers might even say that this is the most unpleasant match in the zodiac! Your ruling planets — Mars and Saturn — are diametrically opposed forces. You’re extroverted, whereas Capricorn is introverted and shy, even sullen at times.
Capricorn is sober, practical, realistic, slow and steady — and a wee bit too conservative for your liking, Aries. They need a carefully mapped out plan for everything in life. You prefer the thrill of the unknown, and are always excited about where life’s river might take you. These are very different attitudes, you’d have to agree. If you find yourself attracted to a Capricorn, don’t expect them to drop everything, on an impulse, to do something with you. It just won’t happen. Your wild and impulsive moods will give them the heeby-jeebies.
An Aries–Capricorn combination will pull your reins tight, and pretty soon you will be feeling boxed in, like a caged bird with its wings clipped. You’ll be unable to exercise your freedom-loving muscles. From the other side of the picture, your lively and exuberant energy will make traditionalist Capricorn feel as though they’re being whipped into race pace, which they hate — they need everything in their life to move at a slower and more deliberate speed.
However, Capricorns secretly wish they could experience life the way you do, with boundless effervescent energy and optimism.
Saturn, the ruler of Capricorn, is laid up in Aries. This means the stern and sober attitude of that earthy star sign is essentially at odds with you. Capricorn could well put out your fire.
Work may not be a problem area in this combination, surprisingly. Doing things together professionally can work well, even though the combination is not particularly inspiring. You can make money together, but is that enough?
Capricorns born between 22 December and 1 January will seem extremely aloof and impenetrable to you, and you will be uncomfortable around them. You need someone with a more up-front personality. There won’t be enough excitement here to maintain your interest.
Those born between 11 January and 20 January give you much more mental stimulation than the earlier-born Capricorns. But overall, this combination still doesn’t work well for you. The reverse is not true, though, because Mars is powerful in Capricorn: these Capricorns will be excited by your strong will and the passionate way you express yourself. It’s a pity you won’t feel the same way.
Those born between 2 January and 10 January are a better match for you sexually and emotionally because of Venus’ influence on them. You might be physically attracted to these Capricorns, as they will be more sensual and more able to demonstrate their feelings for you. This combination is worth a try, but you’ll still be feeling as though you’re treading on eggshells all the time."

Not very workable without considerable compromise, and neither of these signs compromise easily. The most up-and-at-em sign of the zodiac, Aries will become bored to tears by the practical plodding Capricorn. Capricorn on the other hand will become frustrated by Aries nature of starting things with explosive energy and then burning out too soon. It can be a very good business pairing ~IF~ Cappy is willing to finish the rams projects, because no other sign is as good at starting from scratch as Aries, and no other sign is as good at persevering as Capricorn. Not a good love match though.

OK on the surface, Aries, which is a fire sign and Capricorn which is an earth sign do not look like they are compatible. This is because Aries people tend to be very quick, lose their patience easily, but are also very creative and like to try new things. They tend to throw caution to the wind. Capricorns, on the other hand are very careful, they like order in their lives but at the same time they are very loyal to their friends and you can always depend upon them. Aries are loose and fancy free; Capricorns are straighter and down to earth. The signs in astrological jargon are square to each other which means that there can be a lot of tension between them but this does not necessarily mean that's bad. It's not just the sun signs that matter when you want to determine if people are compatible. You want to compare your Venus sign for instance with his Mars sign. My bottom line advice. If you like him, have fun with him and are comfortable together, give it a chance. You have nothing to lose.

Both of you are active, motivated individuals, but Aries' focus is more on being independent and personally creative, while Capricorn like to follow a stable path to success. Aries' impulsiveness and indifference to social customs sometimes clash with Capricorn's conservatism. Aries can give Capricorn encouragement while Capricorn can help Aries direct abundant energy.
Your emotional responses and ways of coping with challenges are very different. Aries takes a positive stance and wants to 'do battle', Capricorn tends to withdraw in order to formulate a strategy for dealing with the problem.
Aries is spontaneous and direct in expressing desires and feelings; Capricorn is careful and controlled and quite subdued. Positively, Capricorn can help Aries gain some emotional distance and detachment in irritating situations because Aries tends to take everything personally and Capricorn does not.
You share a similar emotional depth and intensity, especially passionate feelings about loved ones, family, and children in particular.
The love and devotion that you feel for each other is very strong. The sweet, romantic, tender feelings that you evoke in each other are so powerful that they draw you together like magnets. You love to take care of each other during illness or other difficulties. You know that your mate is ready and willing to give whatever is needed and to make sacrifices with ease.

Capricorn-Aries There will be a power struggle from time to time but there is no combination more determined to succeed than this one. Aries wants and expects speedy results. Capricorn will wait and wait for his ship to come in. Maybe together you can time it just right. A forceful duo. If you can live together in harmony than conquering everybody else should be a piece of cake.

Hi
I know for a fact that Capricorns are the mate of the Pisces.
Capricorn holds the life of the Pisces in their ever loving hands.
What? you say. Pisces needs the water in which the Capricorns provides,so therefor if shared water which is held by the Capricorns to the Pisces (FISH) will be taken as a token of your love for them.
The Pisces will never go astray until you push them away.
The Aries is the ram which will take over and take everything you offer and go astray.

No, sadly, studies show that in 96.1% of these pairings, one partner is likely to lose their job through the stress of attempting to maintain the failing relationship.

Good luck!
