Human Nature. We all are different and unique in our own way. So we all have different ideas, morals and values, raised differently etc., so all the time many of these above things clash with others. Now if we were all the same we could all get along but until that happens, conflict is a part of life like breathing

People all tend to have different personalities. As you know that causes conflict because differences in attitude and behavior do not always mix well. I think we just have to settle for "Variety is the spice of life" in this case because we will never all get along..."Men are from Mars, Women are from Venus"....We have a brain and you have a penis!!!
