where can i get the cheapest psp? i dont care if its refurbish or used, as long as its not online.?

Not on line..? Try the local classified ads.. It will be tough to find a refurbished and or used in a retail store.. EBay has them alllll day long..

Try to find a friend who will sell one to you for 100$. Or by one from a place that sells used games and systems.

try gamestop or ebgames....that's the only place I know where you can get them used.
