You need to get a bonding or grounding bushing that fits onto the threads of the conduit connector inside the panel. the conduit is a conductor and this is to make sure that the conduit that contains the service is grounded. the grounding bushing will have a screw type termination that you would need to bond to the groundbar in the panel. you would need to run the same size wire that grounds the service or the water pipes.

It means to connect a wire from the panel case to the Ground Hub where it comes into the panel or meter box from the feeder source.

You need a bonding lug on the locknut or a bonding locknut on the entrance fitting. It must be "bonded" to ground with a piece of wire.
