I'm trying to delete previous songs from a burned cd and I want to put new songs onto the burned cd but I dont know where I can delete the previous songs at. Does anyone know how to. Because I'm using Windows Media Player 10 and it says to insert a blank CD-R or blank CD-RW in CD Drive (E:),

you need to have a rewritable cd

if your song are in a RW (rewritable cd) then you can erase them as you erase files from your hard drive, if it is a CD-R then you can not erase them for real, maybe they Will not show anymore, but the space on the cd will decrease

you can't delete songs off of a CD-R once it has been burned. you can delete and add on songs with a CD-RW tho.
