How would a bike like a Kawaski Ninja or a Suzuki Hayabusa last if it's maintain probably? And is there anything that could be done so the bike doesn't go over a certain speed?

Rice Burner might last 50,000 miles but I doubt it. Get a Harley!

Ninja & Hayabusa. A bike that doesn't go over a certain speed.
What is the point of buying either if you are not going to use the speed?
If you want a bike that will last buy a BMW. They are now making some good sports bikes and if service at the correct intervals will go on for 100,000 + miles.
If BMW are priced too high for you get a good all rounder and fit a small screen or bikini fairing. Honda's CB range are very good and will go on forever if well maintained.
If longevity is a requirement then don't buy a high revving bike, look for good torque in the mid-range.

Any current motorcycle that starts off in good shape, and is properly maintained has a good chance of outlasting you. I have seen old bikes with lots of miles, and new ones that are dead in a few months. It depends on how you take care of things. Beat it, it won't like you, love it, and it will stay yours. As far as limiting your speed, that's what your right wrist, along with your eyes and the speedo do. It won't go any faster than you tell it to.

I had a 1995 CBR600 that had 39,000 miles on it. with just oil changes and new spark plugs. i think that its a misconception that motorcycles are crap after 15k or even 20k miles
