If u want to do it do it.... but I would not consider him the one hat you will be with for an extended period...if I were you I would leave him alone.... he is dealing with statuatory rape because you are under age,, he is probally worried about that...

You are too young to be considering a sexual relationship with anyone of any age. If the boy in question is smart, he will remain your friend and only your friend. Enjoy being a kid and don't be in such a hurry to grow up. You will have plenty of time in the future for grownup choices and the consequences that come with them.

Honey, I would just wait it out and if you are serious about him and he is serious about you it will eventually happen but you shouldnt really push it because he is looking toward jail time if you two do anything because of your age ........... If its meant to be it will ............ but dont be pushing sex on him ......... he seems to be a good guy if he hasnt tried anything
