I'll admit George Bush has his fair share of flaws, and some arguew against him with good arguments. However, some seem like they oppose Bush just for the sake of doing it, either to conform, or fit in. Why do they do this if they do not know what they are talking about? Bush is protecting us from Ahmadinejad's ideal of a world-wide Islamic theology, and the troops are very brave for volunteering. Bush may overall be a bad president, but why do people act like he's the Devil?

I'm not saying you don't have the right to disagree, I just think that if you do, you should with reason. And for those of you who want to impeach him, do it, and deal with Dick Cheney. That shows your ability to critically think if you can't even see up to or beyond Cheney becoming president.

Hell, the libbies only want power, and because they cannot use their arguments, and the good majority of people don't like them, they resort to slanderous insults and lies to get those too uneducated to understand politics to go along with them

I agree President Bush has some flaws, but I don't believe for a second that he is a "bad president". He is blamed by some for 9/11, for Katrina, for the war, etc. What he's not given credit for is doing something about the attacks on 9/11, for trying to correct what happened during the aftermath of Katrina, for the successes in Afghanistan and Iraq and for a very strong economy. Isn't it funny how we "excuse" people looting during Katrina (and smiling for the camera while carrying off what they stole), and that the first organization to offer aid to the people there was the Salvation Army (a much milined Religious based Organization). That women were sent to rape rooms in Iraq and denied an education in Afghanistan. I have seen him compared to the Devil and Hitler, it breaks my heart to see people make those comparisons. I could go on, but in closing I think it's time this nation grows up a little and stops the personal attacks.

we are a nation of freedom. Freedom to express is one of them. Unfortunately, some people never learn to respectively and intelligently express themselves.

At the time I voted, I did not see one person who I wanted in position to deal with the issues at hand. No one is perfect and no one can promise anything that they themselves do not control alone.

It is easy to find out what the American people want and base your political campaign around that. Simply put, empty promises. To put it into place is another thing.

I am still waiting for the wonderful Health care reform promised to us by former President Clinton. The one his wife was going to be involved in. How many years is it now? Speeches are just speeches.

My opinion, there are good and bad people. There are also good and bad politicians. There are no perfect people therefore, we will never see a politician without flaws or secrets. Everyone has a story to tell in the end.

We can only vote and hope some of what we desire is addressed to some degree if not fully addressed and resolved

I am a good person and passionate about issues but to run a country and make everyone happy.... ain't gonna happen.

He is the sole reason for the genocide in Iraq. Hundreds of thousands of innocent Iraqis and a couple of thousand US soldiers dies because of him. The whole world was screaming not to invade Iraq. Is the whole world stupid and dumb and only Bush is the only smart person on Earth ? I do not think even Einstein or Newton would have considered themselves to be smarter than the entire world.

In spite of causing so many deaths, for obviously no valid/legal reason, he is not even repentent. If this is not the attitude of the Devil, please tell me what a Devil is.

He certainly doesn't make himself lovable. Bush said before the election that a vote for a democratic candidate was a vote for terrorists (something the majority of Americans evidently disagreed with). I can understand why it is a little hard to get back in a democrat's good graces after that.

That said, I wish the bashing would stop. It would be more effective just to focus on the issues, what he is doing right, wrong, and why.

Most people don't realize that Bush inherited all the problems of the country. Just like Clinton, Bush Sr and all the others all the way to Lincoln (and maybe beyond). If we'd wake up and understand that, we'd all have a better understanding of what is going on.

Because Libreals want this nation to fail in the war effort among other things...30 years ago these Librals were all anarchist and anti-gov't.

By the way, Bush is a good man, but he is only human and has made a few mistakes...but I'd say he was overall a GOOD president. Not great, but good.

I don't like a good deal of his policies and I personally don't like him because he is a poor representative of our country.

This is not a joke!

I am furious and embarrassed when I see him on the world stage representing the United States. He is an inarticulate buffoon and I cringe as I watch foreign leaders in press conferences express themselves better in English than he does. This really pisses me off about him as a proud American.

He is killing a century of global American respect and prestige singlehandedly.

Again. I am serious about this. It boils allot of people's blood. And I mean ALLOT. And this includes allot of my republican friends too.

He's worse than Dan Quayle.......Remember him?

Aside from disagreements on the issues, that's why allot of people hate him in a personal way. We feel like he's making us all look like fools. And we're angry about it!

In a way, it's kind of patriotic. He'll be gone one day, but he's sent respect for the American presidency down several notches.

Just travel overseas sometime. You'll know what I mean.

If you look back in history most Presidents that were hated were the best. President Bush won't succumb to the gutless of the world including p-nut man carter. His day in history will be good. He stands up for whats right and just.

George Bush has brought shame on my nation. After getting out of the Army in 1968, it took me thirty years to get back the respect I had for my country's flag after what Johnson/Nixon did to it and Bush made me ashamed of it all over again. He is rubbish and nothing you can say can fix his sorry butt. My only hope is that he gets what he deserves, someplace where he can count the number of times his cellmate rapes him.

Your right. It seems like a lot of people bash Bush because they feel they are supposed to. Not that Im defending Bush's presidency.
