The blood woudn't be circulating in the body anymore. The cell wouldn't get their oxygen, and they would die. So would you.

If you don't have a heart blood can't be pumped through the body and the you would die.

if we dont have a heart in our body there is nothing to pump blood to keep us living

Most specifically, the heart pumps blood, and blood carries oxygen around our body (i.e to all of our organs) for cellular use. Without it, you die from lack of oxygen.

we die...simply because the heart works as a "pump" it pumps blood (circulates) to our toes and fingers, and brain, etc...
