cement or buy pumps or special toilets. In this bathroom I'm planning on having a shower and a sink of course to. So I have heard that I could use a 3 inch line and that I could tie it into the houses main sewage line which is vented, this line serves the upstairs bathroom since this house is a bungalo. So I was wondering if since the bathroom would be tied into the 4 inch line if it would be considered that it was vented or would I have to have a seperate line running from the new bathroom to the upstairs through the attic which would be alot of work and this way would be done if I knew the bathroom wouldn't be considered vented since it would be tied into the 4 inch vented line. Thanx. Also the new bathroom would be about 20 feet away from the main 4 inch line. And just to be clear what Im wondering is if the new bathroom is tied into the main 4 inch vented line would this mean the new bathroom is vented since it would be tied into a vented line.

Also would the bathroom drain properly if it was just tied into the 4 inch main vented line.
