If I don't hear someone I will say "I'm sorry, please repeat that" or if I bump into someone then I will say I'm sorry. For the most part I don't have to say sorry to others very much, I do and say things I meant to do and say. I avoid making too many statements that require any regret.

I used to but not anymore...I feel a lot more confident but still I am not afraid to say I am sorry when I am wrong

Yes. Bumping into people, saying stuff thats critical, and saying sorry to make them feel its not personal.
