Yes, I do, and if people do not listen, I go higher. I will not stop until someone listens to what I have to say. And usually is a problem of sorts, until that problem is solve they will have me on their back. Usually I come out a winner, because I do not lie or make things up. They realize that the mistake or whatever was wrong was their fault. On the other hand if I am wrong, I am big enough to apologize, so for me it works both ways.

Yes I do because you shouldn't follow wrong-doers just because they say you'll be cool.
