I don't think butt-peeing would hydrate you. You'd have to drink it.
Myself, I'd probably just hold it in. Your body will reabsorb it. That's what they teach Green Berets to do if lost in enemy territory.

Technically speaking, wetness does not keep you hydrated and the user who stated that drinking doesn't work, is false-the user I concur with the Berets. The electrolytes in the body need to be either flushed or nourished, if this doesn't occur, you will get dehydrated, not because of peeing yourself because one was afraid to empty their bladder in a desert. Besides, you can do serious damage to said bladder in addition to passageways; also if you're a man you can do major damage to your penis- * gasps*, yes I said that word. I'm serious- the bacteria crawls through the skin and will generate. That's fact!
