I was fighting this boy at lunch time and he push me so i just started fighting him and i got suspended for defending myself they said "It was not a life or threating situation" so I got suspended!

Self Defense is valid if it was used to repel an unlawful provocation committed against you. You might had been misinterpreted for fighting because you could have continued attacking your opponent even after the attacker ceased. Thus, you can appeal your suspension by citing self-defense.

Because they can for one, because you knew it was wrong, you could have ran away, you were not forced to fight,

Normal real people don't fight, you go and file a report on the other person for pushing you.

So you are suspended to try and teach you a lesson, try learning it.

the real reasonn is because schools think they have alot of power and can do what they want....no normal person would run away...thats bein a bit*h...well i hope you won ;)

self defence is if some is going to kill you and you fight back.
