If you mean your PC at work, then yes. Every file on your PC, everything you do, everywhere you go can be monitored or looked at. Very easily also.

If you mean your PC at home, then probably not. Most companies aren't going to care.

However, if you get targeted by a professional hacker, there isn't a darn thing you can do to keep them out save unplugging your PC and burying it in the back yard.

Yes, anyone can actually if they know how. On a network (such as work) they can check and see every website viewed any time they wish.

Yes, but chances are, they're just going to do some scans with software, or reinstall Windows. It's unlikely that they'd personally browse through all of the files and folders. They don't make that much money, and they probably don't care.

You should subscribe to this magazine. There was an article that addressed computers at work. Everything has to be saved in case the company gets sued. Just watch what you put on that machine.

When you're online; you're open to all kinds of intrusions by 3rd party software that can monitor all types of things on your computer. So yes risk are there at all time.
