No, It's not by Brittany Spears, it's by a lot of different artists and it's called "Baby, It's Cold Outside". Jessica Simpson sang it, too. Maybe that's why you got confused.

"Baby it's Cold Outside." I think you might have heard the Vanessa Willams version with Bobby Caldwell). Not really a Christmas song, I don't think. Someone must have just done a cover of it because this is the second question about it here tonight. It's an old song from 1949 in the movie Neptune's Daughter.

I don't know what recording you are talking about but the song is a classic: "Baby, It's Cold Outside" by Frank Loesser (who also wrote Guys and Dolls etc etc etc) Originally from the 1949 MGM musical Neptune's Daughter with Esther Williams and Ricardo Montalban. It won the Academy Award for Best Song. It was performed on the Academy Awards that year by...I kid you not...Mae West and Rock Hudson! I recommend Steve Lawrence and Eydie Gorme's version. GREAT song. I imagine it would even survive Britney.
