As for it being racist, well you cant win on that one. Everyone is a racist one way or another. If it is good for one nationality its good for all.

It is not wrong to think that it is great to be white, if you are white. Every-one has to learn to love and accept them-selves, in the same way, black people, brown people etc will also think that it is great being themselves ; but why use a shark? what message is being sent to the public by using a shark? Some sharks are known to be very dangerous, especially the great white shark which has the record of many attacks on people. It is one of the six most dangerous sharks.

It is racist. The sentence bears no correlation to the picture really. It's great being white is a very strong sentence and in today's climate... Your name England All The Way makes me wonder your reasons for having it. It might also be seen as racist because we don't have Great Whites around the coasts of the UK. Personally I wouldn't wear it on the grounds that it doesn't really marry the picture to it's statement but it's a free country. Let us know what happens if you do!

Yeah, it is pretty racist. It is one thing if you have a t-shirt that says Sweden, Italy, England, etc., but just WHITE? You have to keep in mind that white people get paid more than Mexicans for the same jobs here in the U.S., and other stuff like that. With a t-shirt like that, you are kind of throwing it in minorities faces that you are white, and you get privileges just for being white.
Besides that, I don't think I'd think to highly of a Mexican or Black etc. person either who wore a t-shirt that says "it's great being Mexican" etc.
It is a clever t-shirt though, and kind of funny. Still I don't think it is good.

It's not racist! i think you should buy it and wear it with pride. If your a white person, then what is wrong with you thinking it's great to be white. I think it's great to be white. Everyone, regardless of their colour is proud of it. Why on earth shouldn't you show that off? If you would get killed for wearing it, do you not find that really bad, that you can't wear a tshirt of your choice? not like its not insulting anyone else, or any other race/colour is it! I think the tshirt is awesome too, i want one!

Maybe not to you, but you're not the guy reading it as you walk by. The key thing here - Perception is reality. I'm willing to bet that your shirt gives a large majority perception of white supremacy and racism. (The reality of how you personally view race is meaningless, if you're projecting otherwise).
I would definitely expect some words and conflicts wearing that out in public.
I mean, I'm white, and I'd probably smack you for wearing a shirt like that.

Uh, I dont think so. Just dont put down others and you should be fine. It's fine being proud of who you are, and you should be. When you start saying being white is better, then you may have problems. The shirt sounds cool, and if I was white, I'd wear it. I would'nt be worried about being killed either.

It's funny but someone might find it to be threatening. I wouldn't wear that around people I didn't know. If you're not white and wear that it would be even funnier but it would border on lame, like when a 'wacky' teenager thinks it's hilarious to wear a #1 Dad t-shirt.
