Is it possible a theory is true if confirment by experiment, but if results are flawed?

and do not know that the experiment is misintertpreted. How can we prove it?And who would believe it?

A theory COULD be true even if the experiment to prove it was flawed. It simply isn't PROVED to be true until an UNflawed experiment proves it.
