I think Heroes is usually re-run on the Sci Fi channel on Friday nights, and also Monday nights at 7pm I believe. Check the Sci Fi channel schedule.
Also I'm PRETTY sure you can watch Heroes on the network's website! :) Browse for Heroes' webpage on the network's website and I think you can watch past episodes online if you have broadband. I did this one for an episode i missed.

They already started at 6 p.m. and they are still playing now:) Enjoy! The marathon is what I am talking about and yes it is, Sci Fi.
