hi..I'm looking for a free online photo cropping site which one can add text to photos,fix colors,enhance,has special effects,can add borders and all those fun things.

Online, I don't know. But to download, ArcSoft is the best.

There are some picture sites online you may be able to do this ... like http://www.piczo.com and others ... I am not sure....
