Why do paper cuts hurt so much.

I mean, compared to a deeper, wider, bloodier cut, it seems that a paper cut hurts more, and takes longer to heal.

Why's that?

That is a good question, and it is SOOO True. I think it is because you are just cutting the first layers of the skin, and if it is on you finger, hand, etc... when you move it breaks it open again and makes it hurt more and longer to heal..

That is just my guess, good question though and Yes they hurt
