The divorce would be final this month, but they got married in August in Peru before the final judgement was ordered. Would their marriage in Peru be considered official or invalid?

Nope... it would still be bigamy... and is illegal in many states.... additionally... the second marriage is not valid... (in most states... though this will depend on the state that you live in...) sorry...

It would not be legal in the U.S. and most other countries, it may only be legal in Peru.

Not in the US. The divorce could be delayed in the US and if you returned during that time you would be considered a Pigamist.

No, the person who got married would be guilty of bigamy which is a federal offense.

the second marriage is invalid in the US and you can be prosecuted for bigamy if authorites find out.
