there so many websites to choose from to update your myspace profile, for example:

It's easy to do. Cut the codes & paste it in edit mode of your profile and save.
I'm on myspace too.

you google myspace layout, then you copy one of the codes, sometimes half a page of gobbledegook, then you paste that into your about me section.
