2. Prepare the food
3 Take the food to site
4 Serve the food
5. Remove the dishes
6. Clean the room/kitchen
7. Send the bill after getting home.

Just guessing. Hopefully a real caterer will answer the qu and give a more 'tech school' answer. SOunded good to me
