If you usually get cramps with your period then the nausea is normal. I have severe cramps when i get my period and am usually sick. But there is a chance you could be pregnant. PMS symptoms and pregnancy symptoms are so similar that until you miss a period or have a positive pregnancy test, its hard to tell. I know your probably stressed, i've been there, but just remember to relax and try to take your mind off it because whats done is done. The waiting part is just the worst! Good luck with everything and GOd Bless.
xoxo:)

I often get nausea right before or during my period, but if this is not normal for you I would suggest a pregnancy test. As for the answer you received that you can't have symptoms prior to being late, ignore that. When I got pregnant with my son I was exhausted, food cravings, tender breasts etc. almost a week before I was due to start. It all depends on when you ovulate. Most women do this 14 days before they start, but I ovulate early so my symptoms had more time to surface. Wait until you are late or just a few days before and take a test. Good luck!

PMS can have any number of symptoms, including nausea. Please take a home pregnancy test or check with your doctor to make sure you are not pregnant though. Since this is your first time experiencing nausea (it may just be a virus) do take every precaution. All the best!

I have had nausea as a PMS symptom many times. Usually my morning sickness doesn't kick in until after I'm late if I'm pregnant.

You can still have a regular cycle and be pregnant. The only way to know is to take a test, which I'm sure you already know but I have never heard of nausea as a symptom of PMS. However it is a very strong symptom of pregnancy.
Take a test even if you get your period.

I've said it before and I will say it again, I do NOT believe in pregnancy symptoms that early.
For one, you wouldn't implant until roughly 5-10 days AFTER ovulation/conception. If you don't have a an embryo attached to you, how can you have symptoms? Once implantation happens, if takes some time for the hcg to rise enough to, #1, be detected on an HPT and, #2, rise enough to make you sick (usually this is a few weeks after you even get a positive test.
Granted, everyone can be different, but I think even before someone is "late" is wayyyy to early for actual symptoms that result from pregnancy.
