I have weak ankles i would say and im not supposed to go en pointe until next year or the year after, but i want to be ready just in case i get asked to go on pointe earlier.....

Eleves and Releves In Premire Position, 1st Position, 2nd Position, and 5th Position.
Tendus-EnFas/Devant, A La Seconde, Derierre. Keep Your Hips Squared/Centered.
Foot Press- In Premire Position, 1st Position, 2nd Position, and 5th Position

Keep up with your ballet dance classes. Work on strengthen your ankles and your flexability with stretching.

Here are some suggestions:
releves at the barre in all positions
releves standing on a step, so the heel can drop even lower than usual
ankle circles
drawing the alphabet with each foot
pointing and flexing with a theraband

you're able to test Bunheads workout bands. by doing a number of routines with those, you are able to start to enhance your ft and your ankles. yet particularly, the only thank you to noticeably be arranged for pointe artwork is to take solid training until eventually your instructor tells you which you're arranged to start pointe.

what i did is i took my book bag and put all my text books in it...then i put it on my ankle and rotated it until it started to hurt do this for 5 min each day
