Well if you like him to then you guys should hang out maybe find some common interests and then if things go good then maybe go out on a little date. I suggest bowling it's really fun and it's a great time to talk to. But if he won't make the move then you go for it!

Kinda like they're saying. Go ahead and show him you like him back. Talk to him more often. I wouldn't ask him out though. It would be kinda weird if you asked him out. Unless he liked you enough he didn't care. Just show him that you like him back.
