Every body says that cotton breaths easier. but would not a blend soak up moister better.

I ask, this because, I know that when I go snow skiing, polyester, wool, and fleece work better for the cold and to soak up moister.

But is cotton better for when it comes to sweatey itchy balls

get some baby powder and powder those things up

also shave them

thumbs up to the corn starch answer.....though i live by Goldbond Medicated Powder...corn starch is a much more affordable and equally *perhaps MORE* effective solution

use corn starch (you probably have some in the kitchen cupboard) it soaks up moisture and stops itching I SWEAR!!!

no....it would be worse....just use some baby powder....I do.. if your lucky enough to get lucky...take a shower first...which you should do anyway.....I do =)
