I think you mean 'lucid' dreaming. It is when you can control your dreams. It is thought to be real by psychologists, however, it is hard to tell whether you are actually in control, or whether your brain is just thinking you are in control and your not.

Could you mean lucid dreaming? Yes, it can happen. That is where it feels very real, cause' it a sense, it sort of actually is.

And you can go places, like have out-of-body experiences, where you can travel to other places, and right through the walls and into the rooms of people you know.

Afterward, they do sometimes remember everything that happened, and come back and tell you.

It's also called lucid dreaming. It is where you consciously intend to work out a problem in your dreams and you remember the solution afterward. Yes, it can happen.

It means "controlled" dreaming. It is just a theory as far as I know.
