What does it mean when ur lady coworker does?

she doesn't work in the same dept. as me but I talked to her and she mentioned she's sisters with someone in the same dept. I work in and she played with her hair and smiles at me at a point...but im not sure if shes just nice...and just smiles alot cause some girls r like that? i talked to her when i passed her by

Depends on the smile. She could be uncomfortable with someone playing with her hair. Could be she likes you. The fact she didn't push you away indicates to me the latter.

Although interoffice relationships are prone to getting messy.
