It would certainly help if Bush would actually fund the "No Child Left Behind Program". To date, he and the Republican Congress have not funded their vote-getting program as they promised. Perhaps, academic standards of excellence begin with excellent standards of honesty in our political processes. A true democracy requires better citizens than the lowest common denominator type among conservatives these days, for example, who would protest illegal aliens and build idiotic border fences all the while Bush is planning to remove all borders between Mexico and the U.S.

bush is just an idiot. he probably thought he was being intelligent but wound up looking like a total idiot. clinton couldnt catch the mistake cause he was too busy moaning n groanin over a b j that cost him his career. :)

"Is our children learning?" Apparently, they know more than the moron who asked that question. My child speaks much better English than that. I am glad I don't watch the news. I would be fuming mad everyday knowing our country is being run by intellectual failure.
