He cheated, plain and simple. You would probably be a better president if with your higher IQ you had a spoonful of common sense, something that Mr. Bush left in Texas. Somewhere in Texas there is a village that is missing their town drunk, I know where to find him, tonight he is staying in Jordan.

1. The Republican witch-hunt and impeachment of Clinton during the Monica Lewinsky episode succesfully turned Americans against voting for the Democrats. 2. Gore was a terrible campaigner. 3. Bushie had important connections (his father and his father's friends), and 4. Gore probably won but the Supreme Court appointed Bushie anyway.

It certanly has been a low point in the history of the U.S.

Another question is why Americans re-elected Bush in 2004.

Im sure his IQ is higher than that.
You should run for President if you qualify for the age and citizenship regulations. You must be 45 or older and have been born in the US.
It is impossible to be nominated by a party if you arent experienced in politics.
Start small, run for city council, then just keep moving on up! After youve been a Senator or Governer, go for it! You have a suspicious view of current leadership, and it could help your credibility.
Good luck!

Well, in the United States we have this thing called an election and theres this process were the populace is introduced to the choices for who to elect and the democrats screwed up and picked to utterly
disinteresting people that walked and talked like crash test dummies. More information on "democracy" and "US government" can be found at wikipedia, a superior answer site

That's an easy answer. Bush is a very good politician, and he was able to sell himself to the evangelicals by lying through his teeth to them and promising them things that he never came through on. And they bought it hook, line, and sinker. If they didn't show up at the polls in 2000 and 2004, then Bush isn't the President. It's that simple.

Oh, and lets not forget That scurvy, fake boobed wench Katherine Harris.

The same way a terrorist loving, dictator kissing peanut farmer from Georgia got elected - because the big money was behind them.
Should you be President? Probably.

An IQ of 90! I doubt that very much. I always thought that it was lower. They only have to be smooth talkers for all the lies that he tells.

He became president by cheating.
