First of all, how big is your tank? What temperature is the water at (it should be at around 26-28C for breeding). Usually it is good to have a 10gallon tank for guppy breading. Breeding takes time, it takes about a month from the time she has mated to when she delivers the fry. When you buy a new female guppy, its is probably already pregnant even if she has no signs of it. You should try to buy the one that looks the most square shaped when you are looking face to face and you should also look for the one with the biggest black dot near her anal cavity. Those are two signs that she is about to explode(not literally of course). This way, you already start with a first practise batch. Of course you don’t have any idea of what the fry will look like, but this way you are sure that she is pregnant and she will be ready for breeding again soon. If you try to pick one that doesn’t look pregnant, she might still be pregnant and then you would have to wait a month before she has the babies and THEN she is ready to breed.
You need 2 females for each male you get, or else the male might end up killing the female. Males are somewhat aggressive towards females, they often chase them around because they want to reproduce and the females don't always ways want to or can't because they might already be pregnant.
Make sure you have all the basic equipment such as a heater, food for the parents and the fry(they are to small to eat adult food), a filter, appropriate lighting, gravel and PLANTS! You MUST have plants(or other hiding spaces) or else the fry will be eaten by their own parents. I prefer live plants because they look better and if you buy one, a few weeks later you might have a few more (if you have the right conditions -> good lighting (3-5Watts/gallon), fertiliser, maybe added CO2...).
Guppies DON'T lay eggs, they are livebearers which means that the baby fish is already fully formed when he comes out of the mother. Let your filter run, it wont disturb the parents, but as soon as you see that the female has hatched, either take the fry out of the tank (good luck finding them all) or you uneasily remove the parents. What ever you decide to do, you must turn the filter off in the fry tank as they can easily get sucked into it. If there is a speed setting on your filter, you can lower the speed but this is usually not enough. To make your filter guppy fry safe you must reduce its speed to minimum AND place a filter sponge on the filter intake. All you have to do is to cut an X through the middle of the smallest side of the sponge (assuming it is in a rectangular shape like mine), but be careful not to go through the entire sponge. If you see that the fry have a hard time getting around because the current is too strong, get stuck on the sponge or get sucked into the sponge, unplug your filter.
You can feed the fry with special fry food or you can take the normal flake food you give to the parents and break it into tiny pieces with a pestle and mortar.
They grow really quickly in the right conditions, you must be sure you have enough space for them. I know its tempting to put them back in with their parents when they are "big" (compared to what they were) but you must wait until they are big enough not to get eaten, fast enough to get away and smart enough to go to the surface when you put food in the tank.
If you follow these tips, you will have plenty of fish in no time!

The first thing you need to do is invest in a good spell checker, so as to be more easily understood when asking a question.
I believe you meant "I brought home two guppies, a boy and a girl, but they won't give babies. I have everything set up for them. Answer if you really know it"
If that is the case, Have you had them at least 30 days? Guppies usually have babies about once a month. Are there any places for the fry (baby fish) to hide? The parents will see them as tasty little snacks, so they need alot of places to hide.
Another thing, male guppies think about two things, food and sex. So once all the fry have been eaten, and the male is all fat and happy, he will endlessly harass your female. It is best to have 2-3 females per male because you get more fry that way, and alsothe males "affections" are spread around a bit more, so the one female isn't harassed to death..

Dear Mario,
You have not given your location, if it is North India, temperature may the cause problems, the following actions are recommended:
1. Buy more fish, there are cognitive defects such as a large caudal fin etc which at times create a problem.
2. Raise Temperature to about 26 to 27 deg C.
3. Set up a lot of plants/corals in one corner for fry to hide.
4. Use a breeding Trap its a sort of a sieve, which permits the fry to fall through, float in the tank, put the adults in them (especially when you see distended bellies.
Good Luck>r

Make sure they are male and female. Male guppies are smaller than females. Females have a swollen belly.
If they are male and female, more than likely they are eating the fry. Get a breeding net. It hangs on the inside of your tank. Place the female in when she's ready to have fry. As soon as you see fry in the breeding tank take the female out. Abdomen is very swollen and there is a black dot at the back of the abdomen. Good Luck! Hope this helps!

Generally you need one male and 3 females for your best chances of having babies. They might be having babies and you don't know it because the parents tend to eat their young. The best way that I found - and the cheapest - to keep the babies alive go to the petstore and look for something that looks like a clump of grass made just for aquariums. The babies immediately go and hide in the clump of grass and the parents can't reach them. Be sure and feed the babies too! Good luck! Also, try turning up the temperature a few degrees on your tank. A warm tank really increases the fish libido. ;)

ok put more plants in the fish aquarium and dont change water a lot. only change water once every 2 or 3 weeks. because sometimes fish lay eggs on the plant leaves and sometimes on the bottom of the tank. and if your female fish is acting different and sitting in the bottom corner of the tank it might lay eggs. i know this because i have fish too. and they had babies after a long time. and if you have a filter in the tank only filter water ones a day or once a week. because filter might break the eggs.

When did you get them? It take up to 30 days for them to give birth.
Get some more females. You should have twice as many females as you have males... It will also produce more babies for you :)
Other than that, feed them, keep the water clean (clean 20-30% of the water every week) and leave them be. They'll have babies eventually. You should provide lots of plants and places for the babies to hide.
