either Ne-vay or Ne-VAY-ah
and heaven spelled backwards...i just dont like it....it seems too trendy. and i don't like the sound.
and people would always be asking how to pronounce it.
to me in theory it is nice, but i don't really like the name.
p.s. sorry to criticize so much

I always say Nuh-Vay-uh.
The women I work with all had a huge debate on the name. Some say "Nuh-Vay" and some say, "Nev-Ay"
I personally don't like the same. I think it is becoming way too popular too and is a fad name.
I personally don't have any feelings on the meaning of the name BUT some were saying that since it is heaven backwards it is bad - anti-christ. Others thought it was beautiful because it was Heaven backwards.
I just don't like the sound.

I almost named my daughter that her name is Mariah and yes after Mariah Carey. It's pronounced Nu-Vay-Ah

it sound kinda like the name i wanted to name my lil gurl but her name was spelled NEVEH Na-va-ahh the name is actually heven spelled back words but ya i love that name
