The 1945 Potsdam Conference between Sir Winston Churchill (later Clement Attlee), Joseph Stalin and Harry Truman determined that Germany should lose all territory east of the Oder-Neisse line to Poland, reducing the German land area by around 25%. Should it now be handed back to the German authorities?

No way. Hitler stole that land and it did not belong to Germany in the first place.

German has its own territory and boundaries. Unless, there is an international court finding that it has acquired land illegally, Germany cannot just be told to return the land it allegedly got from Poland.

Correcting history and applying fairness in the aftermath of war is reasonable if it is in the view of the GA of the UN.
This should be done Second, after the Israelis give back the land they stole from the Palestinians and was a decision of the GA of the UN but no one listens.

Yes. Or the next world war would develop from that point when Germany rearms and demands the territories back.
