This sounds like an honest question. The answer is that Mexico was conquered and settled by the Spanish, then was also controlled by the French for a short period. The lighter-skinned Mexicans have mostly Spanish or French genes. The darker-skinned people there have mostly genes from the native groups which populated the area before the Europeans arrived. There are natural blondes and redheads with blue eyes and green eyes in the larger cities of Mexico.

Because Mexican is not a race, but a nationality. In Latin America we have people of African, Asian, European, and Native descent. But most of the people are mestizos (mixture of Native American and European). Hope that answered your question you hater!
